The service
Kixy is a video editing tool. You give it a video and it produces short clips. Kixy does not pay you, does not run clipping campaigns, and makes no promise about views or earnings.
Your content and rights
You may only use videos that you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for the clips you make and where you post them, including following the rules of the platforms you post on. We may remove content or close accounts that infringe someone else's rights.
Plans, credits and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. One credit covers one minute of source video. Plan credits are added monthly and unused plan credits roll over for one month. Credits have no cash value.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are available within 14 days of a payment if no credits from that payment were used.
Availability
We work to keep Kixy running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If a job fails, the credits it used are returned.
